TRIC Events Ticket Policy

Once purchased or booked, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if the event is
completely changed after an order is placed.

In the event of a cancellation of an event by TRIC or the organiser (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond TRIC’s control), TRIC will only refund the face value of the ticket.

TRIC will contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing. Please note, however, it is the customers’ responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

The customer will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged, if TRIC is unable to fulfil an order, due to TRIC acting with negligence or acting in breach of contract. Refunds will be offered at TRIC’s discretion.

Customers are advised to check their purchase / booking upon receipt of an invoice and also when their tickets arrive.

TRIC can reserve the right to refuse admission to an event based on health and safety, environmental and security concerns at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. TRIC hereby advises customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on declining to abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making  unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.
