What’s New for 2022?

Be There In-Person or Online:

With so much to announce already, this year is gearing up to be a big one!

Did you know, last year’s awards were streamed by over 146,000 people across the UK?

As an inclusive industry, we believe our show should also be accessible to everyone! As well as welcoming back a live audience of over 1000 guests, remote fans can tune in and watch the action (live or on-demand) using streaming platform, ScreenHits TV.

ScreenHits TV couldn’t be more thrilled to be able to live stream the TRIC Awards for the second year in a row and bring the programme to millions worldwide! This year we will incorporate fashion on the red carpet, pre-award interviews, and the entire award show, celebrating the very best in British broadcasting.” Rose Hulse

Our Charities:

As a not for profit organisation, every year TRIC choses two new charities to support.

This year we are thrilled to announce our support of The Alzheimer’s Society and Save the Children.

After a wonderful two-year term as Chair of TRIC, Jane Ostler is stepping down. Filling her shoes will be Daniel Todaro. Daniel, CEO of Gekko, has stepped up to take on the prestigious position.

We thank Jane for her loyal leadership as Chair, and look forward to seeing Daniel in action!

A few words from Daniel:

I’m delighted to take over from the excellent leadership of Jane Ostler. Jane led TRIC excellently through the difficult circumstances created by the global pandemic”.

“My goal is to lead TRIC into new and exciting sectors, strengthening our relationships with existing supportive partners such as Sky, Sony, Roberts, Samsung and GB News, to name but a few! I also aim to forge bonds with new industry partners looking to support good causes by aligning themselves with TRIC.

New Committee Members:

TRIC has bolstered its Committee with streaming trail blazer, Rose Hulse, CEO and founder of ScreenHits.TV platform, who is working with TRIC to steer the Club into new streaming territory.

Co-founder of Blackdog TV, Paul Powell has joined forces with TRIC. As a legendary writer, producer and script editor, we can’t wait to see how Paul adds his unique comic flair to the scripts of the Awards and the TRIC Christmas Lunch.

And finally, we are pleased to welcome Gordon Dutch to the TRIC Committee. Gordon is a self-described ‘serial entrepreneur’, as well as being CEO and founder of business consultancy agency, Re-Sauce. Along with his award-winning business acumen, Gordon makes a creative addition to our committee.
